These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between:
The Gym: VYC LTD trading as F15 Training Centr (“F15”)
Registered Address: 81, Triq Tal Qroqq, Msida, Malta
and
The Client: Any individual or group using the facilities, coaching, classes, memberships, or services provided by F15.
By registering, booking classes, purchasing memberships, attending sessions, or using any service provided by F15, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional policies communicated through the website, booking platform, or email.
F15 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration or membership application at its sole discretion.
1.1 By joining or using F15 services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Electronic acceptance through the booking platform (including ticking an acceptance box) has the same validity as a handwritten signature.
1.3 Payment records, bookings, invoices, attendance logs, emails, and written communications may be relied upon as evidence of acceptance and transactions.
2.1 Registration does not automatically create an obligation to purchase services unless a booking or membership is confirmed.
2.2 The Client must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
2.3 By registering, the Client also agrees to any applicable waiver, health declaration, or safety form required by F15.
3.1 The Client participates in training voluntarily and at their own risk.
3.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to exercise and should seek professional medical advice where appropriate.
3.3 The Client is responsible for maintaining any personal health, accident, or liability insurance they consider necessary.
3.4 The Client must behave respectfully toward staff, members, coaches, equipment, and premises.
3.5 Unsafe conduct, abusive behaviour, harassment, damage to property, repeated lateness, or breaches of gym rules may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
3.6 The Client is responsible for any damage or loss caused by their actions.
4.1 F15 provides coaching, facilities, and training services but does not guarantee specific results such as weight loss, performance outcomes, or body composition changes.
4.2 Exercise involves inherent physical risk. The Client accepts these risks when participating in any activity.
4.3 To the fullest extent permitted by Maltese law, F15 shall not be liable for injuries, illness, theft, loss of personal belongings, or damage occurring on-site or during participation, except where caused by gross negligence or unlawful misconduct.
4.4 F15 is not responsible for incidents occurring at third-party venues, events, or partner locations.
4.5 Any liability of F15, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the value of the service purchased by the Client.
5.1 Photos or videos may occasionally be taken within the gym environment for promotional or community purposes.
5.2 By attending F15, the Client agrees that their image may be used unless they notify management in writing requesting exclusion where reasonably possible.
6.1 All prices are listed in Euro (€) and may be changed at any time.
6.2 The applicable price is the one in effect on the date of purchase.
6.3 Card processor or third-party payment fees may apply where relevant.
7.1 Memberships, packs, and services are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law or expressly approved by F15.
7.2 Membership pauses or extensions may be considered for medical reasons only and may require a doctor's certificate stating the period of incapacity.
7.3 If a Client requests cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and no booking has been used, F15 may approve cancellation at its discretion. If bookings have already been made or used, administrative or usage charges may apply.
8.1 F15 shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, utility failure, internet outage, or strikes.
9.1 Internal business information, pricing structures, programming systems, staff processes, and confidential materials shared by F15 are not to be copied, distributed, or disclosed without written permission.
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.
10.2 Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
11.1 Unlimited memberships may hold up to four active class bookings at one time unless otherwise stated.
11.2 Session packs or flexible memberships may have separate booking rules depending on the product purchased.
11.3 F15 reserves the right to amend booking limits at any time.
12.1 A late cancellation means canceling less than three hours before the scheduled class start time.
12.2 A no-show means failing to attend without cancellation.
12.3 For 6:30 AM classes, cancellation must be completed by 11:30 PM the previous day.
12.4 Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties, loss of credits, booking suspension, or additional charges.
12.5 If automatic payment of a penalty fails, future bookings may be canceled and access restricted until settled.
13.1 Clients arriving more than five minutes after class start time may be refused entry for safety and class flow reasons.
13.2 Such attendance may be recorded as a no-show or forfeited session.
14.1 Members using open gym must check themselves in using the designated system.
14.2 Failure to check in may be treated as a no-show.
By purchasing, booking, attending, or using any F15 Training Centr service, the Client confirms that they understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
The Client acknowledges that electronic acceptance, ticking an online checkbox, or physical signature shall be legally valid confirmation of agreement.
